The Madison National Honor Society once again hosted the annual Veterans Day Breakfast on Monday, November 10. More than 40 local veterans joined us for a complimentary breakfast served by our students. Elementary students stopped by to personally deliver handmade cards and letters of gratitude to our honored guests.
Veterans enjoyed a morning of connection and appreciation, highlighted by a choral performance from members of the elementary chorus under the direction of Miss Tehan.
A heartfelt thank-you goes out to Mrs. Schokker and the MCS Cafeteria Team for their time and effort in preparing the meal. We also extend our sincere appreciation to those who donated food and beverages: the MCS National Honor Society, the Madison FFA, Mr. Keville, Mrs. Rotach, Mrs. Blake, Mrs. Denton, Mrs. Cucci, Mrs. Nolan, Mrs. Masker, Ms. Barnes, and Mrs. Brouillette.
Most importantly, we thank the veterans in our community for their service and dedication to the United States of America.
