The Madison Central School District Nurses' Office would like to provide the following important reminder about immunizations for the upcoming school year.
- 6th grade students aged 11 or older must have a Tdap booster vaccine.
-7th grade students must have one meningitis vaccine completed.
-12th grade students must have two meningitis vaccines up to this point, or one if the first was after 16 years of age.
